Die Cutting
Medway Cutters offer a one stop solution for your Die Cutting and
Roller Press Cutters/Tools

CAD
We can accept most vector program formats and convert your
file into a die cut assembly. We use Coreldraw to convert
files. So we would prefer to use AI files or DXF files for
PC. Autocad customers should send us DXF revision 12/14. Either
table cutting for prototypes or one offs, to steel die cut
assembly plans |
| Our
CAD system will allow you to create dummy assemblies for trial
to ensure end product is correct. Our experienced staff can
also offer advice as the project progesses |

From CAD to Die assembly we call on over 100 years of combined
die cut knowledge to ensure your project get to the client on-time,
to spec and within budget |

design to finish, all work is carried out on site. Only quality
materials are used to ensure no breakdowns or stoppages |

Assurance
Great care is taken to keep QA a high priority. As the assembly
progresses, tolerance checks are made against the original
information supplied and any queries are dealt with quickly. |

The final finishing process can be completed on site or we can
